This was released few days ago by NTCA's official twitter account. It tells us what to wear and what not to wear for the prestigious teen's award event. The NTCA crew tells us to wear FORMAL OUTFITS, SEMI-FORMAL OUTFITS and TRADITIONAL WEAR. They also inform us that slippers, shorts and casual outfits are prohibited.
