The Nigerian Teens Choice Awards(NTCA) is back this year with the "Face of The Week" contest to keep us on hold while we wait for the award ceremony. You have to follow these rules and every week any of you will have the chance to replace those girls on the promotional flier and all the NTCA's promotional fliers.
