The New Chapter by Oyindamola Depo-Oyedokun

So I got this today from Tayo Visuals and think you all should read this It is quite interesting and it actually gives me reason to be happy. Most of us don't take time to thank God for all He has done for us but I think you should start doing that soon before it is too late......lol.
Read this and tell us what you think or how you feel about this:

The New Chapter

Whoop, whoop! 2014 is over and I am now ready to embrace a new chapter of my life, 2015 baby! I hope we all are. 2015 has a lot in store for all of us, a lot and I hope we are all ready to key into that. So before making my new year’s resolution, I have this little ritual of enumerating everything God gave me the past year, all the blessings as well as all the losses I've had. I always find that the things I lost are absolutely nothing compared to what I’ve gained.
Of course the reason behind all my, our, successes is God and we must never forget that. 2014 had moments of laughter; a lot of them. There were also moments when I truly found myself, well, life is basically a journey to self, but 2014 was quite different. I thank God for the gift of love, the ability to love my family, friends and that bae even though it was just for a while. Lol, all of you with your #OperationSeizeTheBae, God go help una. I thank God for bringing me back up every time I was down and raising people to do that for me. I thank God for all the little accomplishments as well as the big ones. I thank God for truly making me realize that I’m never alone. I thank God for good health, I’m sure most of us can attest to that considering the fact that we didn’t get EBOLA. That demon is behind us. I thank God that BOKO HARAM didn’t harm me especially for those of you in the north and those who have relatives there.
Most of all, I thank God for family and friends, especially the ones likened to family. Although, family can be annoying, we’ve gotta admit that they are still to be loved. I thank God for the beautiful souls that crossed my path last year and the old friends that I just had to catch up with. Oh, yeah and I do thank Him for good music, all the moments that I danced with those special friends. All in all, gratitude is key. 2014 was indeed a blessed year.
I just know 2015 has a lot more to offer and I have made up my mind to seize every opportunity. If you want to seize the bae, seize am well well. And don’t dull in any moment at all oh. I wish you all more joy, love, happiness, peace and success through out. Shoutout to those of us in the Class of 2015, we’re making it baby IJN! Those of you with your new year’s resolutions, please don’t deceive yourself by thinking there’s gonna be a new you. It’s same old you, just make your goals and strive to achieve them. Good luck guys! Much love. Have a blissful 2015!
