That's a funny area because a lot of people have formed various kinds of nicknames relating to my personality.... So basically I had to choose from them which is Mr_Nelz

- When you were younger what did you think you were going to be?
Ahh, This is serious oh.... When I was younger eh!, I had lot of ideas. I wanted to become almost everything you can think of. I wanted to be a Doctor, Police Officer, Pilot, D.J., Lawyer, even a Reverend Father self. It's one of those things when you are little.
- So Mr. Williams when did you get into event planning?
Basically, I didn't just enter into event planning, I started back then from the radio platform. I introduced for the young personalities in the society which is called Teenz Voice in 2011. So with the platform reach, I had the opportunity to be creative and had my mind running. Then I had to organize little gatherings, parties during certain periods and because of the experience I had to think big in the event area which gave me the opportunity to do massive shows/concerts.
- Do you plan any kind of event or you have specific events your into?
Oh! well I tell myself is that, "If I can think it, I can do it". So whenever I think about a certain event, I think about the benefits and the possibilities.Generally I organize events that benefits the society and interest of everyone.
- How did the whole NTCA (Nigerian Teens Choice Awards) idea come up?
NTCA.... Hmm, The whole NTCA is just by the grace of God. I always tell myself and every other person that I am just different. This is because I have my mind thinking of a lot of things and ideas, which I try so hard to put them to reality and NTCA is one of them. I didn't just come up with NTCA. As I said earlier, this started back in high school, I was still young, I had passion for media and broadcasting and I told myself I want to be known as one of the youngest entrepreneurs. So that gave me the zeal to open my radio show which was aired at various radio stations like Kiss fm, Rhythm fm,etc. in 2011 and also went ahead to register my company Nelz Global Concept Ltd. which is a parent body of "Teenz Voice" and "NTCA". I had this company registered because I wanted to venture into the legal and professional business. My company is into Media Promotions, Talent Management, Celebrity Booking, Publishing, Show and Event Promotions, etc. So in 2012 an idea came into my head that I should be the one to introduce and found the first ever Teens Choice Award in Nigeria. As we all know, we have the Teens Choice Award that is held in America, so I had that idea, I didn't relent and relax, I had to make sure it came to reality because I want the show to be recognized by the world as a show that awards talent and been founded by a young individual. The vision I had about NTCA is to recognize and reward outstanding teens and youth who have excelled positively in their various talent and fields, as an avenue to bring out the young talent and showcase it to the world. NTCA is just a platform for all the young people in the society to feel embraced and recognized.
- Did your family do anything to encourage you while your were pushing your NTCA dream?
Oh ya sure..... Would also want to show appreciation to my parents because they gave me a very strong support and encouragement at the beginning when I started and they made sure that my passion is not put to waste. Up till now I still get their encouragement and support because of the positive zeal and impact I put to it.
- SO Nelz, how do you feel every time you know NTCA is fast approaching?
Hahahahaha......Whoop!!!. Most times when NTCA is approaching I just feel kind of relaxed but I tell you, my brain is working so hard, thinking of the best to deliver and also lots of ideas. I am never scared of working so hard or scared about tention. When NTCA is approching, first I go to the drawing board with the rest of the team and put all in place
- When you first started NTCA were the awards the golden structure we have now?
When the NTCA first started, the awards that were presented to the awardees were a Plaque and a bag package from Airtel… So as the year goes by and bigger it gets, the award is been upgraded so thats why its now upgraded to a Golden structure trophy.
- Compare the first NTCA event to the just concluded NTCA event
Ahhh.. Mehn if am to compare the first NTCA event to the just concluded one.. Hmmm, 2014 would be 110% better that the First NTCA(2012). This is because in 2012, that was the first event so its still new and it was more of trial and error stage, didn’t expect it big.
- Do you act?(I've seen pictures of you on set)
Hahaha.. That's funny, but seriously people say I would be a good actor, I got the skill you know… Nahh I don’t act, but i do when being requested but just for the fun of it. All pictures you see are interviews been held by various media and TV Stations.
- What do you do if you aren't planning an event?
What I do when I am not planning event and all, firstly I'm never idle because I have my company to run and various part of the business area, also I hang out with friends, source new business deals, explore new places and all. Lastly, I host my radio shows, because that's what I enjoy doing.

- What do you plan for the future?
Hmmmm… I plan a lot for the future, I have myself being creative. I am currently studying Law, but apart from law, I in Business and Media relating field. So in future I plan to become one of the biggest Entertainment and Media Enterprenuer. Also Take NTCA to the World and Lastly manage shows and events.
- Advice for young people who want to venture into event planning?
My Advise to the younger people who are interested in being entertainment entrepreneurs is that they should be focused, creative and hardworking, They should be Determined, They should never give up easily, they should always have listening ears to know what the likes of people are and Lastly they should put God first in whatever they are doing or intend to do.
